We are aware of a connectivity outage in the Saltrock area, our technical teams are on route to investigate the cause of this outage and should be on site within the next few minutes. We will provide additional updates and insight into the issue as we receive them from the technical teams.

Our technical team is on the ground and is working on restoring customers services, The issue seems to be related to a municipal power outage, a generator has been equipped to power our infrastructure and customers ONT / Routers are being remotely reset and customers are coming back online. We will keep you updated as updates come in. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
